Contract-to-Hire (Interim Solutions)
Contract-To-Hire, an Interim Solution, offers employers a flexible and cost savings option that incorporates the best of both worlds.

HCA contracts certain candidate resources for as long as needed. Your organization will benefit from the same payroll conveniences afforded under contract employment arrangements. Using this Interim Solution option provides your organization the necessary time usually designed to mirror a "probationary period", if any. Contract-To-Hire provides employers sufficient time to evaluate the candidate’s performance prior to making a permanent hiring decision. Many clients utilize this option for other reasons critical to their on-going operating protocol. Contract-To-Hire provides employers with resources to meet critical human capital needs including; backfills, peak staffing demands, special resource or project requirements. Often employers will elect to create or open positions for various reasons. Contract-To-Hire Interim Solution allows employers to simultaneously benefit from our resource pool and evaluate candidates for potential permanent positions. If your organization elects to extend an offer of permanent employment to our contracted candidate pool, we will work to effect a cost beneficial and smooth transition.  For continuously contracted resources over 8 months our conversion fee is highly competitive.

HCA sources from our existing database of staffing professionals in order to place highly skilled professionals on a contract basis, allowing clients to build up staff for priority products or fill gaps caused by staff turnover or shortages. We will handle the entire payroll function including all deductions and insurance. Our clients often find that the cost of contract staffing is lower than the total cost of permanent employees when the high cost of benefits and other “increment costs” are considered.
